ISP said one vehicle reportedly left the scene of the crash.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">One person was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries, ISP said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The 76th Street ramp to northbound Interstate 94 is closed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">What led up to the crash was not immediately clear.
