JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2014 It\u2019s a pet peeve for a lot of people including Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters – littering. <\/p>\n
So when the sheriff was driving recently and saw someone throwing trash out of their window, the blue lights went on.<\/p>\n
