Easter is on Sunday, and metro Phoenix will be packed with events all weekend. Egg hunts, spring festivals, brunches and Easter Bunny photo ops are happening across the Valley.<\/p>\n
If you\u2019re rolling without kids, a handful of themed parties and bar crawls cater to the 21-and-over crowd.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>This Easter egg hunt is 65 million years in the making. Participants can search the museum\u2019s grounds for colorful eggs or partake in crafts and activities. The event is free with $20.95 to $35.95 museum admission.<\/p>\n
Arizona Biltmore, 2400 E. Missouri Ave.
<\/strong>The Arizona Biltmore\u2019s Aztec Lawn hosts the resort\u2019s annual egg hunt amid a picturesque setting. Vibrantly colored eggs are hidden across the lawn and throughout the resort grounds. <\/strong>Marmosets and meerkats won\u2019t be the only scene-stealers at the Phoenix Zoo this weekend. Wendall the Bunny poses for photos during 15-minute time slots daily from 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Photo sessions will be outside the zoo\u2019s bakery building and include treats. Packages <\/a>range from $36.66 to $45.83 and regular zoo admission is separate. Reservations are required and walk-ups are available.<\/p>\n
Macdonald and Main Street, Mesa
<\/strong>The family-friendly festivities from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in downtown Mesa include free Easter bunny photos, games and crafts. Kids can also bring their own baskets and hunt for more than 12,000 eggs along a \u201cBunny Trail\u201d on Main Street. Participating businesses will also hand out treats.<\/p>\n
Scottsdale Farm, 12051 N. 96th St., Scottsdale
<\/strong>Scottsdale nonprofit Hunkapi Programs hosts this family-friendly event supporting its equine-based therapy programs. Tours of Scottsdale Farm start at 11 a.m. and offer the chance to feed horses, chickens, donkeys and other animals. Check-in starts at 10:30 a.m. An egg-toss tournament will award prizes, and children 11 and under can take part in an Easter egg hunt. Admission <\/a>is free for adults and $28.52 for kids 2 to 11.<\/p>\n
Pedal Haus, 730 S. Mill Ave., Tempe
<\/strong>Follow the white rabbit during this whimsical bike ride and bar crawl through downtown Tempe. Riders are encouraged to wear creative costumes inspired by Easter and \u201cAlice in Wonderland\u201d as they cruise to stops like Night Owl and The Shop Beer Co. for $4 specials. Check-in begings at 11:30 a.m. at Pedal Haus and the ride starts at 1 p.m. An after-party from 3 to 5 p.m. awards gift cards to standout riders. It\u2019s free to participate.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>Families can explore Scottsdale Quarter from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. looking for colorful eggs with clues leading to a final stop and a goodie bag with treats. A post-hunt celebration includes music, face painting, spring-themed craft activities and Easter bunny photos. Participation is free but an online RSVP<\/a> is required to get a goodie bag.<\/p>\n
Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass, 5594 W. Wild Horse Pass Blvd., Chandler
<\/strong>Kid-friendly activities at this free springtime celebration include themed crafts, cookie decorating and bounce houses.
