\u201cI\u2019d be at peace if my insurance hadn\u2019t dropped us and I was rebuilding our house right now \u2026 I feel the most untethered to anything. The only things left are my kids and Heidi. And my parents, but they\u2019re such a wreck that you can\u2019t call my mom without her crying. I am in an abyss.\u201d<\/p>\n
Pratt has vowed to overhaul the \u201cfundamentally broken\u201d system in Los Angeles if he gets elected as mayor.<\/p>\n
He said: \u201cThe system in Los Angeles isn\u2019t struggling, it\u2019s fundamentally broken. It is a machine designed to protect the people at the top and the friends they exchange favours with while the rest of us drown in toxic smoke and ash.<\/p>\n
\u201cBusiness as usual is a death sentence for Los Angeles, and I\u2019m done waiting for someone to take real action. That\u2019s why I am running for mayor.\u201d<\/p>\n
Pratt promised to overhaul the city while speaking at the They Let Us Burn! protest.<\/p>\n
He explained: \u201cThis is a mission, and we\u2019re gonna expose the system.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re going into every dark corner of LA politics and disinfecting the city with our life and when we are done, LA is going to be camera-ready again.\u201d<\/p>\n
Pratt also slammed California Governor Gavin Newsom.<\/p>\n
