Nancy Guthrie<\/strong><\/a> has been missing for over two months \u2014 and on the same day her daughter, Savannah Guthrie<\/strong>, returned to Today<\/a>, new ransom notes were sent to TMZ claiming to have seen the 84-year-old alive.<\/p>\n

Charles Latibeaudiere<\/strong> and Harvey Levin<\/strong> were in the middle of filming TMZ Live<\/a> on Monday, April 6, when they revealed they had received a new ransom note from an anonymous source.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s unbelievable that millions have been wasted and yet here I am willing to deliver them on a silver platter since the 11th of february [sic] for a bitcoin but I am disregarded as a scam,\u201d the note allegedly read. \u201cThey are free and the case is frozen but the ego\u2019s [sic] remain hot when it comes to me. Arrogance at it\u2019s [sic] finest.\u201d<\/p>\n

The outlet reported that the person behind the note also claimed that Nancy is now dead.<\/p>\n

Shortly after they received the first note, TMZ revealed they had received a second note that claimed the person sending the letters had previously seen Nancy \u201calive\u201d with her alleged kidnappers \u201cin the state of Sonora Mexico.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI just want whats [sic] fair and to live peacefully with enough to start my life again quietly with out [sic] having to join a witness protection program,\u201d the second note added.<\/p>\n

Nancy was last seen on January 31 when her daughter, Annie Guthrie<\/strong>, and son-in-law, Tommaso Cioni<\/strong>, dropped her off at her Catalina Foothills home. The next morning, she failed to attend a streaming church service and a friend alerted the family.<\/p>\n

Since then, there have been few developments in the case and just today, Savannah, 54, returned to her spot on Today<\/a> after taking several weeks off as authorities searched for her mom.<\/p>\n

The morning show anchor has made several pleas<\/a> asking for the suspects to bring her mother home, and the family has offered up to $1 million in reward money.<\/p>\n
