Creating experiences and serving others has always been my path.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where did you grow up?<\/strong><br \/>I\u2019m originally from Dallas, but am a ninth-generation Texan and have been living in Houston for a decade.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Growing up, what did you want to do?<\/strong><br \/>Real estate. I didn\u2019t always know it, but as soon as I had a smartphone, I had every real estate app that existed and was fascinated by the real estate transaction process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you do to relax when you\u2019re stressed?<\/strong><br \/>A run at Memorial Park Conservancy. That always clears my mind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?<\/strong><br \/>I\u2019d meet Jackie Kennedy. Her poise, vision and influence have always inspired me, especially her focus on the restoration of the White House.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is Houston\u2019s best kept secret?<\/strong><br \/>Houston\u2019s world class museums and art campuses<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you love most about the industry?<\/strong><br \/>I love that my clients often become friends beyond the transaction. There\u2019s a deep trust and partnership that I find incredibly rewarding.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the most difficult aspect of your job?<\/strong><br \/>Real estate is an emotional process. As an agent, I feel I can oftentimes serve as a therapist as well.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s your best advice for generating new leads?<\/strong><br \/>Be where your people are. Stay involved in the communities that share the same interests as you, and the connections will come.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are you binge-watching\/reading\/listening to?<\/strong><br \/>I don\u2019t really watch TV, but I have been watching Leila Hormozi\u2019s business advice on her YouTube channel. It\u2019s actionable, growth focused and authentic. I\u2019m always listening to house music.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s your favorite meal in Houston?<\/strong><br \/>It\u2019s a guilty pleasure, but I treat myself to champagne and French fries on the patio at Brasserie 19. It\u2019s in my neighborhood and has great people watching.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Houston?<\/strong><br \/>The William L. Clayton Summer House designed by Birdsall Briscoe in the colonial revival style.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s the weirdest thing that\u2019s ever happened to you on the job?<\/strong><br \/>I once dug up a water main from the 1940s to stop a leak on a property during one of the freezes that impacted the city.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?<\/strong><br \/>People are surprised to know that I have credentials from the Gemological Institute of America. My career spans luxury hospitality and jewelry at Tiffany &amp; Co.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is your favorite vacation spot and why?<\/strong><br \/>Anywhere by the water!
