{"id":712157,"date":"2026-04-08T00:30:13","date_gmt":"2026-04-08T00:30:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/712157\/"},"modified":"2026-04-08T00:30:13","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T00:30:13","slug":"a-new-craft-brewery-is-opening-in-union-stations-historic-fred-harvey-room-nbc-los-angeles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/712157\/","title":{"rendered":"A new craft brewery is opening in Union Station\u2019s historic Fred Harvey room \u2013 NBC Los Angeles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You say you&#8217;ve raised an IPA or ale in a decades-old space that sits near where trains chugga-chugga daily?<\/p>\n<p>Chances are good you&#8217;ve sipped a cold one in the former Fred Harvey restaurant at Los Angeles Union Station, though it has certainly been some time since you&#8217;ve done so.<\/p>\n<p>This beautiful space, once synonymous with early train travel, has been the vibrant scene of fancy private events, glammed-up movie shoots, and a couple of more recent restaurants, including Imperial Western and Homebound Brew Haus.<\/p>\n<p>Now, after a few empty years following Homebound&#8217;s closure in 2024, a new tenant is moving into the capacious and colorful room, which is lined with distinctive Southwestern tile, cozy booths, large windows, an ornate balcony, and a floor that is inspired by the beauty of Navajo rugs.<\/p>\n<p>Say &#8220;hey there&#8221; and &#8220;welcome&#8221; to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.everywherebeer.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">everywhere<\/a>, a craft brewery that&#8217;s expected to make its official debut at the landmark train station in the next couple of months.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Los Angeles Union Station has always been a place where travel, culture, and community intersect,&#8221; said Jeff Brown, Vice President &amp; General Manager at Morlin Asset Management, LP for Union Station.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re thrilled to welcome everywhere and to introduce a new gathering space that reflects the energy and creativity of Los Angeles.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The April 7 announcement arrived just a few weeks after everywhere revealed a new brewery was headed to Long Beach&#8217;s 4th Street.<\/p>\n<p>A quartet of &#8220;industry veterans&#8221; are behind everywhere, which has put the focus on &#8220;&#8230; highly drinkable beer, design-forward taprooms and a deep commitment to community and inclusive hospitality&#8221; since the company&#8217;s founding in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve already raised a pilsner or seltzer at an everywhere taproom, you were doing so in Orange, where the company debuted, or Portland;
