A central two-sided, wood-burning fireplace serves as the focal point of the space. He is known for his structural minimalism, using wood and glass to create lightweight structures without sacrificing aesthetics.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-type=\"paragraph\" data=\"[object Object]\" data-testid=\"paragraph\" class=\"e152o6gh0 css-1hvarng-StyledParagraph\">The house was listed with Grace Gaerlan of Compass in January. The buyer was represented by Brian Courville, also of Compass. They were not immediately available for comment.
