He estimates that at stake in this most recent lawsuit is around 2 million Americans who could lose access to healthcare under Trump\u2019s new legislation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we\u2019re watching: <\/strong>\u201cWe\u2019ve got a full tank of gas,\u201d Bonta said. He said his office isn\u2019t slowing down and will sue again anytime Trump \u201ctramples over the Constitution.\u201d As for the rescission vote this week that would strip $9 billion in funding for NPR and PBS, Bonta said he plans to look at the lawfulness of the rescission package and \u201cIf it\u2019s lawful, it\u2019s lawful.
