Governor Kathy Hochul announced the award during a virtual ceremony hosted by the New York Wine &amp; Grape Foundation.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"gofollow\" data-track=\"MjAsNywxLDYw\" href=\"https:\/\/www.indeed.com\/cmp\/Finger-Lakes-Partners,-LLC---Insurance-Agency\/jobs\" rel=\"sponsored nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img class=\"lazyload\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/fl-partners-2023-01-20-001.jpg\" alt=\"Finger Lakes Partners (Billboard)\"\/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>The award recognizes Weis Vineyards\u2019 strong showing across multiple categories, including Best White Wine for its 2024 Gr\u00fcner Veltliner and Best Pink Wine for its 2024 Dry Ros\u00e9. The winery\u2019s consistent quality and craftsmanship earned it the highest honor based on total medals and overall performance in the competition.<\/p>\n<p>Another Finger Lakes producer, Billsboro Winery, took home the Best Dessert Wine award for its 2023 Apr\u00e8s, while Montezuma Winery earned Best Specialty Wine for its Crimson Queen Cranberry &amp; Rhubarb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe New York Wine Classic celebrates the very best of the state\u2019s wine and grape industry,\u201d said Governor Hochul, praising the high caliber of New York producers \u201cfrom Lake Erie to the Finger Lakes to Long Island.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Now in its 39th year, the New York Wine Classic is a nationally recognized showcase of the state\u2019s top wines.
