Martha\u2019s Mexican Cocina closes in north Fort Worth following eviction notice<\/strong><\/p>\n A Mexican restaurant closed in north Fort Worth after the restaurant received an eviction notice.<\/p>\n The notice was posted on the door at Martha\u2019s Mexican Cocina March 26. The letter stated the restaurant had one day to remove personal property.<\/p>\n According to its website, the restaurant served authentic Mexican dishes and margaritas in a family-friendly environment. McKinney to enter negotiations with Parkhill for proposed sports complex<\/strong><\/p>\n City officials are entering into an exclusive negotiating period with Parkhill to develop about 300 acres in north McKinney for a sports and entertainment complex.<\/p>\n McKinney City Council members approved a resolution April 7 authorizing the city manager to negotiate an agreement with Parkhill to lead, develop and program a \u201clandmark sports and entertainment complex.\u201d The negotiating period will run up to 180 days, according to a city document.<\/p>\n
