Built in 1948, the 4,446 square foot, four bedroom, four-and-one-half bath house underwent a complete renovation in 2020. Preserved were the open concept floor plan and the original hardwood floors. Stepping into the light drenched spaces it\u2019s difficult to credit that this house is 77 years old. It all feels so modern.<\/p>\n

The house is exquisitely appointed with fittings and fixtures augmenting the vintage appeal. The unapologetically orange Knoll dining chairs play beautifully off the avocado green cabinets. The kitchen renovation includes all of the chef-grade requisites, including an impressive 60\u2033 double oven gas range and power hood.<\/p>\n

Fenestration is completely bespoke likely architect specified like the custom nine light window in the primary bedroom framing sylvan views at back. Clerestory windows over the bed pull in additional light.<\/p>\n

Each of the four bedrooms exhibits its own independent personality. Below, you\u2019ll find a guest bedroom studio combo. Side sconces by the bed are practical and on trend.<\/p>\n
