Grace Springer via Storyful<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA part of me feels bad for turning these people\u2019s lives upside down, but, play stupid games\u2026 win stupid prizes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The awkward video showed Byron and Cabot scrambling to hide their faces after the jumbotron suddenly panned to them during the concert.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cF\u2013king hell, it\u2019s me,\u201d\u00a0Byron appeared to say in the video, while his HR chief appeared to mouth, \u201cThis is awkward.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Here is the latest on the CEO caught cheating on a Coldplay concert  jumbotron<\/p>\n<p>As Cabot flung her hands over her face and Byron ducked down out of view, frontman Chris Martin quipped, \u201cEither they\u2019re having an affair or they\u2019re just very shy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cFix You\u201d crooner later added,\u00a0\u201cI hope we didn\u2019t do something bad\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As Springer\u2019s clip exploded on social media,\u00a0online sleuths quickly identified that\u00a0Byron appeared to be married to Megan Kerrigan Byron, while Cabot had recently divorced her husband, Kenneth Thornby.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI hope their partners can heal from this and get a second chance at the happiness they deserve with their future still in front of them,\u201d Springer said.<\/p>\n<p>Grace Springer (right) pictured at the Coldplay gig before she caught the awkward moment of Andy Byron with Kristin Cabot on the kiss cam. @instaagraace\/Instagram<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI hope, for them, my video was a blessing in disguise.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It wasn\u2019t immediately clear how, or if, the apparent scandal could play out professionally. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Cabot, who was only appointed to her position at the firm in November, previously boasted on LinkedIn that she leads \u201cby example and win trust with employees of all levels, from CEOs to managers to\u00a0assistants\u201d and she was \u201cenergized\u201d by her conversations with Byron.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Byron gushed that Cabot was\u00a0\u201ca proven leader.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Andy Byron (3rd from left) and Kristin Cabot (far right) in an undated photograph. She\u2019s involved in an extramarital affair with the CEO. Basically, how much worse of an HR faux pas could you commit?\u201d employment lawyer William Cafaro, co-counsel at Big Apple-based\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.buzinlaw.com\/counsel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Buzin Law<\/a>, told The Post.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe only way it could be worse is if the head of HR was having an affair with someone who worked for her.
