Her dessert shop became one of the neighborhood&#8217;s long-term success stories in a competitive restaurant climate.<\/p>\n<p>Kate Weiser Chocolate expanded from West Dallas to NorthPark Center, Shops at Clearfork in Fort Worth and beyond. It saw bursts of business around holidays like Christmas, Valentine&#8217;s Day and Easter.
