Before being caught in the arms<\/a> of married Astronomer CEO Andy Byron, the company\u2019s HR chief, Kristin Cabot, boasted that she \u201cwins trust\u201d of CEOs.<\/p>\n

\u201cAn influential leader and fearless change agent, I lead by example and win trust with employees of all levels, from CEOs to managers to assistants,\u201d she wrote via her LinkedIn bio.<\/a> <\/p>\n

The company\u2019s official \u201cChief People Officer\u201d also hyped herself as \u201ca passionate People leader known for building award-winning cultures from the ground up for fast-growing startups and multi-national corporations\u201d and wrote that she prides herself in \u201ccreating innovative systems and processes that attract top talent, while aligning an organization\u2019s people around its and values.\u201d <\/p>\n

Astronomer\u2019s head of HR wrote that she wins the \u201ctrust\u201d of CEOs and others via her professional profile. Astronomer<\/p>\n

Cabot \u2014 who has been with Astronomer since November 2024 \u2014 was spotted packing on the PDA with her boss in the middle of a Coldplay concert in Boston Wednesday.<\/p>\n

As the duo realized they were being featured on the \u201ckiss cam,\u201d they rushed to hide their mortified faces \u2014 with Byron even ducking down to avoid the camera\u2019s lens. <\/p>\n

\u201cWhoa, look at these two,\u201d Martin, 48, said in now-viral footage<\/a>, as Cabot covered her face and turned away. \u201cEither they\u2019re having an affair or they\u2019re just very shy.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Astronomer did not immediately respond to Page Six\u2019s requests for comment. <\/p>\n

As the video became the talking point at water coolers around the country, Byron\u2019s wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, fielded a deluge of comments about the alleged cheating reveal on her personal Facebook page \u2014 which Page Six later confirmed had been deleted <\/a>after she dropped her married surname from the account. <\/p>\n

Meanwhile, a resurfaced report painted Andy as an allegedly fearsome employer<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\u201cMultiple former employees said Mr. Byron would lash out against employees who disagreed with him, including threatening to fire them,\u201d read an expos\u00e9 about the tech company Cybereason, where Byron worked for two years starting in 2017. <\/p>\n

The allegation, which was published in business and tech outlet the Information<\/a>, included a former employee\u2019s claim that \u201cyou couldn\u2019t challenge him.\u201d <\/p>\n

Another eyebrow-raising tidbit revealed that the CEO gushed <\/a>over Cabot\u2019s capabilities in a press release <\/a>from Astronomer upon her hiring. \u201cKristin\u2019s exceptional leadership and deep expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and scaling people strategies will be critical as we continue our rapid trajectory,\u201d he wrote in the release. <\/p>\n

\u201cShe is a proven leader at multiple growth-stage companies and her passion for fostering diverse, collaborative workplaces makes her a perfect fit for Astronomer,\u201d he added. <\/p>\n

As for Martin, 48 \u2014 who was simply playing a show in Boston when the drama unfolded \u2014 he seemingly addressed the matter while still onstage<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\u201cI hope we didn\u2019t do something bad,\u201d the \u201cSky Full of Stars\u201d singer said in\u00a0a clip from the concert\u00a0shared via X<\/a> Thursday.<\/p>\n
