Yet another \u201cChicago Fire\u201d star is leaving the cast ahead of season 14.<\/p>\n
Michael Bradway will not return as Lieutenant Kelly Severide\u2019s (Taylor Kinney) half-brother Jack Damon. He played the role during seasons 12 and 13. <\/p>\n
Shortly after the news broke, Bradway took to Instagram<\/a> to announce his next project, Prime Video\u2019s television adaptation of the Carley Fortune novel \u201cEvery Summer After.\u201d He\u2019ll star in the series alongside Sadie Soverall (Percy), Matt Cornett (Sam), Aurora Perrineau (Chantal), Abigail Cowen (Delilah), and Joseph Chiu (Jordie). <\/p>\n \u201cCouldn\u2019t be more excited to be your Charlie,\u201d Bradway captioned an Instagram photo of the Deadline casting announcement. <\/p>\n Bradway\u2019s departure from \u201cChicago Fire\u201d comes after Jake Lockett (Sam Carver) and Daniel Kyri\u2019s (Darren Ritter) exits were announced in April. Lockett joined the cast during season 11, while Kyri had played Ritter since season 7.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ll miss this character, and it\u2019s time to move on,\u201d Kyri wrote via his Instagram Story after the news was announced, per People<\/a>. \u201cThank you to the cast, crew & the awesome fans.\u201d<\/p>\n While several \u201cChicago Fire\u201d stars will be missing from season 14, there will also be a fresh face on the cast. Brandon Larracuente is set to join as a series regular, although no details about his character have been revealed.<\/p>\n Larracuente will join returning stars Kinney, Miranda Rae Mayo (Stella Kidd), and Dermot Mulroney (Dom Pascal).
