The building will include parking for 42 cars and 199 bicycles. Adjustable Concrete is on board as the concrete contractor,\u00a0 with Taylor Excavating now on site tearing up the parking lot. Photo by Daniel Schell<\/p>\n<p>According to Clark Construction\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarkconstruction.com\/our-work\/projects\/566-west-van-buren-residential-tower?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">website<\/a>, residents will begin moving into their units by the end of 2027.
