READING, Pa. – Law enforcement officials in Berks County are asking for help locating a robbery and indecent assault suspect with ties to the New York City area.<\/p>\n
On December 4, 2025, police say 31-year-old Jateek Santiago kicked in the door of the victim\u2019s home and held them at gunpoint while demanding money. When Santiago could not find any, he allegedly fired a round into the bathroom and left the building with the victim\u2019s wallet and cellphone.<\/p>\n
Santiago is also wanted on felony charges of corruption of minors, indecent assault, and endangering the welfare of children. He was charged April 1 for allegedly sexually assaulting a juvenile multiple times over the course of two years.<\/p>\n
Police say Santiago has a last known address in New York City.<\/p>\n
