Details in the permit include rear porches on all four levels connected by a stairway, a balcony on the front of the third story, and a rooftop deck with stair enclosure. A detached three-car garage at the alley in back will also be topped by a roof deck. Hanna Architects is named as the architect of record. The unit count and parking ratio point toward for-sale condos consisting of one duplex-down occupying the basement and first floor, a single-floor unit on the second story, and a duplex-up on levels three and four.<\/p>\n<p>A pending demolition permit looms in the data portal for the existing two-story frame structure, which sits on a corner lot formed by West Huron and North Armour Streets.
