A new Trump Tower has been unveiled overlooking Central Park\u2014but not the one in Manhattan.<\/p>\n

Developers announced this week plans for Trump Tower <\/a>Tbilisi, a roughly 70\u2011story mixed\u2011use skyscraper in Georgia\u2019s capital, developed in collaboration with The Trump Organization and a consortium of regional and international partners. The tower will overlook Tbilisi\u2019s Central Park, a major urban green space, rather than New York City\u2019s iconic park of the same name.<\/p>\n

Announced April 17, the project marks the first Trump\u2011branded development in the region and is expected to become the tallest building in Georgia, according to the developers.<\/p>\n

Designed by architecture firm Gensler, Trump Tower<\/a> Tbilisi is planned as a landmark mixed\u2011use destination combining luxury residences, high\u2011end retail, world\u2011class dining and curated lifestyle amenities. Developers say the tower is intended to serve as a centerpiece for a broader district aimed at attracting international investors and luxury buyers.<\/p>\n

The project brings together Biograpi Living, Archi Group, The Sapir Organization, Blox Group and Finvest Georgia, alongside The Trump Organization, as part of what the companies describe as a push to position Tbilisi as a global business and lifestyle hub at the crossroads of Eastern Europe and Asia.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Trump name is synonymous with some of the most luxurious real estate developments in the world, and Trump Tower Tbilisi stands as a continuation of that legacy,\u201d Eric Trump, executive vice president of The Trump Organization<\/a>, said in a statement. \u201cWe are proud to bring this globally recognized standard of excellence to Georgia.\u201d<\/p>\n

Archi Group, one of the project\u2019s key partners, is Georgia\u2019s largest real estate developer by market share and has delivered more than 55 projects nationwide. Its chairman Ilia Tsulaia said the tower would help elevate Georgia\u2019s profile internationally.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith Trump Tower<\/a> Tbilisi, we are bringing that ambition to life in its most iconic form\u2014creating a landmark that will transform the skyline and elevate Georgia\u2019s presence on the global stage,\u201d Tsulaia said.<\/p>\n

Biograpi Living CEO Vasil Pkhakadze described the development as part of a broader effort to reshape urban living in the country. The firm is backed by INVIA, one of Georgia\u2019s largest business groups, with operations spanning energy, retail and real estate.<\/p>\n

Georgia has increasingly attracted international investors and second\u2011home buyers, with prime residential values in key areas of Tbilisi rising between 7 and 10 percent annually, according to the release. Developers compare the city\u2019s growth trajectory to emerging luxury markets such as Lisbon and early\u2011stage Dubai.<\/p>\n

The project also represents the first international commercial development for The Sapir Organization, a U.S.\u2011based real estate firm led by Alex Sapir, who cited personal ties to Georgia.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am extremely proud and honored to be building our second Trump building in the country where my parents were born and raised,\u201d Sapir said, calling the tower a \u201chistoric achievement\u201d for the region.<\/p>\n
