{"id":746613,"date":"2026-04-23T01:43:13","date_gmt":"2026-04-23T01:43:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/746613\/"},"modified":"2026-04-23T01:43:13","modified_gmt":"2026-04-23T01:43:13","slug":"ticketmaster-to-rerelease-harry-styles-nyc-concert-tickets-after-catching-scalpers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/746613\/","title":{"rendered":"Ticketmaster to rerelease Harry Styles NYC concert tickets after catching scalpers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ticketmaster will rerelease tickets for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/newyork\/news\/harry-styles-2026-madison-square-garden-residency\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Harry Styles&#8217; upcoming concerts in New York City<\/a> that were originally purchased by scalpers, the company says.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Ticketmaster\/status\/2046995085045137467\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">In a statement posted to social media<\/a>, Ticketmaster President Saumil Mehta said the company caught scalpers who were using multiple accounts and fake identities to buy low-priced tickets and resell those seats at a higher price.<\/p>\n<p>Ticketmaster said the scalpers&#8217; purchases were canceled, and the tickets will be made available to fans at their original prices.<\/p>\n<p>Mehta stressed that the canceled purchases do not affect anyone who bought tickets directly on Ticketmaster or received transferred or resale tickets through Ticketmaster.<\/p>\n<p>How to get tickets<\/p>\n<p>Fans will be able to request tickets on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ticketmaster.com\/harry-styles-tickets\/artist\/2366444\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Ticketmaster&#8217;s Harry Styles page<\/a> starting at noon on Thursday, April 30. Ticket requests will close on Friday, May 1, at 5 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Submitting a ticket request does not guarantee you will have an opportunity to purchase tickets, Ticketmaster said.<\/p>\n<p>Fans whose ticket requests are granted will receive an email confirming their order by May 8 at 11:59 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Ticketmaster did not say how many tickets will be available.<\/p>\n<p>According to Ticketmaster, all of the tickets will cost under $130, with 19% of those tickets costing under $50.<\/p>\n<p>Harry Styles MSG residency<\/p>\n<p>Styles&#8217; two-month residency at Madison Square Garden is part of his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hstyles.co.uk\/tour\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">upcoming &#8220;Together, Together&#8221; tour<\/a> promoting his latest album, &#8220;Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally.&#8221; Tickets went on sale at the end of January.  <\/p>\n<p>The tour launches in Amsterdam in May, then stops in London, S\u00e3o Paulo and Mexico City before arriving in New York in August.<\/p>\n<p>Styles will play 30 concerts between Aug. 26 and Oct. 31.
