HOUSTON<\/strong> \u2013 The Houston Police Department<\/a> set up a perimeter in Montrose around Avondale and Stanford Streets for several hours on Friday to search for a catalytic converter theft suspect, according to authorities.<\/p>\n HPD said they received the call around 9:15 a.m. Friday.
