She did not play in her freshman season at Miami, utilizing her redshirt.<\/p>\n<p>As a four-star recruit out of high school, Williams was rated as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/high-school\/girls-basketball\/recruiting\/rankings\/scnext100girls\/_\/class\/2025\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:No. 4 overall class of 2025 prospect in Texas;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp\">No. 4 overall class of 2025 prospect in Texas<\/a> and No. 36 in the nation by ESPN. She earned Star-Telegram Player of the Year honors as a junior and senior. In her final season with Boswell, she averaged 16.2 points, 8 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 3 steals en route to district MVP honors.<\/p>\n<p>William, a two-time Texas Girls Coaches Association all-state selection, helped make history for Fort Worth, delivering the city\u2019s first girls basketball state championship in 18 years.
