Hayden VA Medical Center, is set to close on August 28, a company spokesperson confirmed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content\" data-type=\"paragraph\">Maricopa County records show the location is leased.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content\" data-type=\"paragraph\">Kara Page, CVS Health manager of corporate communications, said the company is working with the store employees to find jobs for them at other CVS locations.
