Hey guys! We’ve already done an unboxing<\/a> of the vivo X300 Ultra<\/a>, but that was the Chinese model. Today, we’ve also got the global variant of the phone, so let’s unbox it as well.<\/p>\n

The retail package is the same – you’ve got a color-matching case (black, in this case), a 100W charger, and a USB-C cable.<\/p>\n

Our Global unit is the black one; it’s understandably identical to the Chinese model, which is the Silver one. They even have the same 6,600mAh battery, so no milliamp deduction for European users in this case, it seems.<\/p>\n

The rest of the specs are identical as well. You get a 6.82-inch 1440p 144Hz AMOLED, a powerful camera system with two 200MP cameras and two 50MP ones, 16GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage.<\/p>\n

Our global unit vivo X300 Ultra<\/strong><\/p>\n

The differences are on the inside. Both are running OriginOS 6, based on Android 16, but as you can see, there are visual differences.<\/p>\n

They may be called the same thing, but the Chinese OriginOS is more like OriginOS, and the Global OriginOS is more like the FuntouchOS of old.<\/p>\n

It’s down to you which you prefer visually, but it doesn’t really matter as you’re unlikely to get the chance to choose between them – you get one or the other.<\/p>\n
