Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.<\/p>\n<p>Draya goes on a strict \u201cmilitary diet\u201d when she wants to lose weight, consuming only clean foods like grapefruit and lean protein. \u201cYou know what I had for breakfast today?\u201d she revealed in an Instagram video. \u201cCoffee, one hard-boiled egg, celery, and a spoonful of cottage cheese.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Draya relies on strength training to keep her muscles toned. She uses small equipment, like exercise bands, free weights, and a kettlebell, focusing on building muscle. She also does cardio. \u201cI am naturally skinny but I stay on the treadmill in my house,\u201d she told RadarOnline. \u201cI watch the clock for the ENTIRE 45 minutes like a hawk. I\u2019m a cheater about once a week.\u201d She is also tries to stick to a pescatarian lifestyle. \u201cI\u2019ve tried to limit my chicken and red meat consumption a lot. I try to drink a lot of water. I try to work out. My downfalls are sweets. I really love sweets. And alcohol goes with partying. If I\u2019m going to drink, I try to diet. If I\u2019m not going to diet, I try to skip dessert,\u201d she told <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bet.com\/style\/fashion\/2019\/04\/19\/exclusive--draya-michele-coachella-interview.html\">BET <\/a>about her approach to health. \u201cDieting is always going to be a struggle, so that\u2019s why you have to balance it with working out. I don\u2019t eat whatever I want, but if I do eat whatever I want, I at least got to work out to make it even.<\/p>\n<p>Draya makes sure to get her steps in. \u201cA quick 20 min walk,\u201d she wrote alongside a snap of her workout summary showing she walked 0.83 miles. \u201cNot too much.\u201d Going for a daily walk can be a game-changer in exercise, especially at a brisk speed.
