{"id":759718,"date":"2026-04-28T20:17:13","date_gmt":"2026-04-28T20:17:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/759718\/"},"modified":"2026-04-28T20:17:13","modified_gmt":"2026-04-28T20:17:13","slug":"youtuber-banned-after-crashing-nfl-draft-stage-to-announce-pick","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/759718\/","title":{"rendered":"YouTuber banned after crashing NFL draft stage to announce &#8216;pick&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fred Beyer, a popular YouTube personality, was banned indefinitely by the NFL for rushing the stage at the 2026 draft to announce the 67th overall pick during the third round on Friday night in Pittsburgh. <\/p>\n<p>Beyer, 24, who documented his prank in a 19-minute YouTube video, explained that his plan to crash the draft derived from an encounter with former All-Pro Steelers running back, LeVeon Bell \u2014 when Bell \u201cducked me in a 1-v-1\u201d four months before the draft. <\/p>\n<p>The YouTuber, who was wearing a black polo with the Steelers logo, got into the draft through the staff entrance with a fake credential he made at Staples.   <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Beyer ran up the stairs and onto the stage as the Las Vegas Raiders were on the clock. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith the 67th pick,\u201d Beyer said before his mic was cut off and production members yelled for him to get off the stage. <\/p>\n<p>Fred Beyer, a popular YouTube personality, was banned indefinitely by the NFL for rushing the stage at the 2026 draft to announce the 67th overall pick during the third round on Friday night in Pittsburgh.  YouTube\/Fred Beyer<\/p>\n<p>He went on to shout that the Steelers had selected \u201cLuke Maxer.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Beyer ultimately was escorted backstage and questioned by NFL reps before they took his credential.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cCam Hayward was like, \u2018Should I have tackled him?\u2019 I want to DM him,\u201d Beyer said. <\/p>\n<p>Hayward was seen on the stage at the time. <\/p>\n<p>Fred Beyer was confronted by NFL reps after being escorted off the NFL draft stage after crashing the event during the 67th pick in Pittsburgh on Friday, April 24, 2026.  YouTube\/Fred Beyer<\/p>\n<p>Police were called when NFL reps discovered that Beyer gave them a fake name.<\/p>\n<p>As Beyer was being escorted out of the draft, he was given a ban letter by an NFL rep and asked to sign it. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou are indefinitely banned from any NFL game or event,\u201d the letter said as Beyer read it allowed. \u201cThe ban is league-wide and will be enforced rigorously.
