In a statement, the Harris County District Attorney’s Office said new survivors have come forward since Parrott’s arrest.Officials the survivors have been “bravely reliving the horrors he inflicted in painful detail. After decades since some of these crimes, we had hoped to answer their courage with action.”The Harris County District Attorney’s Office added they are in Louisiana currently working to close a cold case linked to Parrott.A cause of death has not been determined for Parrott.
