Fort Worth-based Novaria Group, a leading supplier of specialty components for the aerospace and defense industries, has acquired Precision Aero Corp (PAC), the company announced Wednesday.<\/p>\n
PAC, a subsidiary of Precision Products Machining Group, is based in Troy, Ohio, and specializes in manufacturing fusible plugs and other aftermarket components used in safety-critical aerospace applications.<\/p>\n
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.<\/p>\n
PAC is recognized for supplying global aerospace customers with proprietary and custom components that support wheel and brake systems. Its products are designed for high-performance, mission-critical uses, and the company has developed a strong reputation for reliability in the aerospace sector.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe acquisition of PAC supports Novaria\u2019s continued commitment to enhancing the aerospace supply chain,\u201d said Novaria CEO Bryan Perkins said in a statement. \u201cPAC\u2019s technical expertise and proprietary products enhance our ability to serve key customers and expand our portfolio of safety-critical components.\u201d<\/p>\n
PAC will continue to operate out of its current facility in Troy, and the existing site-level leadership team will remain in place, according to Novaria.<\/p>\n
