Tamara Beckwith\/New York Post<\/p>\n<p>The building is more than 80% taken and leases are said to be out on 300,000 more square feet.<\/p>\n<p>Newmark\u2019s Moshe Sukenik and Brian Cohen repped Cleary.\u00a0The landlord was repped by Newmark\u2019s<br \/>Brian Cohen and Cushman &amp; Wakefield\u2019s Mark Weiss and Josh Kuriloff.
