After a successful stint in ice cream, a local franchise entrepreneur has set her sights on charcuterie. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Amber Davis held a ribbon-cutting April 29 for her new business, a Graze Craze charcuterie board franchise, the third in the region.<\/p>\n

Davis\u2019 location is at 9960 Southside Blvd. in front of Best Buy and between the Chick-fil-A and the Starbucks near The Avenues.<\/p>\n

The other Northeast Florida stores, which Davis does not own, are at 8102 Blanding Blvd. in Crossroads Square in Southwest Jacksonville and 254 Solana Road in Ponte Vedra Square, just west of Florida A1A.<\/p>\n

Davis and her spouse, Joshua, own four Cold Stone Creamery locations. The Davises also operated a Planet Smoothie in the location now occupied by Graze Craze and still had the lease when Planet Smoothie closed.<\/p>\n

Joshua also operates JanSan, an industrial cleaning and supply company. He was one of the Jacksonville Daily Record\u2019s Top Entrepreneurs of the Year for 2026.<\/p>\n

Graze Craze sells charcuterie plates, boards and boxes, small enough for a single person ($9) or large enough to feed parties and events ($185 to feed 20).<\/p>\n

Ingredients include cheeses, cold cuts, crackers, fruit, dips and breads. Four styles are available: meat and vegetables, vegetarian, keto and sweet. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Each plate or board is put together by hand on-site. Customers can order by phone or online.<\/p>\n

Davis said she will work in the store, along with one employee.<\/p>\n

Davis, 38, said she wanted a new challenge for herself after her two children grew into their teenage years. When researching franchise possibilities, she found Graze Craze to be a good fit.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love events and being part of a celebration. I just love to be a part of that. It\u2019s a simple concept, but everyone loves it,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Graze Craze has locations across the United States, including 19 in Florida before Davis\u2019 store, as well as shops in Canada, France and Australia, according to its website.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Davis said she spent about $25,000 on build-out and equipment for the store.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cCold Stone is kind of being managed on its own. (Joshua) has his own business, and I\u2019m doing something for myself. This is something that I can put some heart and passion into,\u201d Davis said.<\/p>\n

Davis said her Graze Craze is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and closed Sunday.<\/p>\n
