Tim Keenan III, a Birmingham (Ala.) native, battled injuries at Ramsay High School, but he continued to have confidence in himself. He had an incredible body transformation at the University of Alabama, which propelled him to become a starter in Nick Saban\u2019s final coaching season in 2023. Keenan arrived as a four-star in 2021, earning two Southeastern Conference Championship rings (2021, 2023). The 6-foot-1, 327-pounder had a dominant showing in 2024 during Kalen DeBoer\u2019s first season as head coach. He collected 40 total tackles \u2013 including 7.5 for loss and 2.5 sacks \u2013 two quarterback hurries and a pass breakup.<\/p>\n
