After several beta versions, this is likely the version of iOS 26.5 that will reach customers in a few days. <\/p>\n<p>iOS 26.5 release candidate now available<\/p>\n<p>iOS 26.5 beta has included a<a href=\"https:\/\/9to5mac.com\/2026\/04\/13\/ios-26-5-beta-2-gives-apple-maps-a-new-ads-popup\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> splash screen for ads<\/a> in Apple Maps, <a href=\"https:\/\/9to5mac.com\/2026\/03\/24\/ads-are-coming-to-apple-maps-in-the-us-and-canada-this-summer-with-a-privacy-centric-focus\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">coming this summer<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/9to5mac.com\/2026\/04\/20\/ipados-26-5-has-convenient-upgrade-when-using-magic-keyboard-more\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Bluetooth pairing over USB<\/a> for Apple\u2019s Magic accessories, like on Mac; <a href=\"https:\/\/9to5mac.com\/2026\/03\/24\/apple-maps-is-adding-a-useful-new-feature-for-trending-places\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Suggested Places <\/a>in Apple Maps, and some changes <a href=\"https:\/\/9to5mac.com\/2026\/03\/30\/ios-26-5-adds-live-activities-support-for-third-party-accessories-in-the-eu\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">specific to the EU<\/a>.
