The mural features an abstract mountain in the foreground with a vibrant, radiant sunset filling the rest of the scene. It is part of a larger renovation project for the shopping center, more details to come.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"336\" height=\"265\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/mural-lines.png\" alt=\"mural in progress\" class=\"wp-image-54125\" style=\"width:224px;height:auto\"  \/>Finley painted outlines and then filled them in freehand. Image PSAA<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pdxstreetart.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Portland Street Art Alliance<\/a> facilitated the project, connecting artists and procuring scaffolding and other equipment. It was designed by Bend-based artist <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/evan.namkung\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Evan Namkung <\/a>in their signature graphic style, and expertly installed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/define_arts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Devin Finley<\/a>. He used a spectrum of spray paint cans to follow freehand the geometric design that was first outlined on the wall.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"336\" height=\"397\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/mural-scaffold.png\" alt=\"mural scaffolding\" class=\"wp-image-54127\" style=\"aspect-ratio:0.8463632827693505;width:206px;height:auto\"  \/>Image PSAA<\/p>\n<p>Portland Street Art Alliance (PSAA) is a non-profit that provides access to resources, networking, and professional development opportunities for Pacific Northwest street artists. Through educational programming, tours, and community events, PSAA is actively transforming the public art landscape by developing more inclusive place-based programs that increase access to art for everyone.
