According to a report from transfer expert Fabrizio Romano (as captured by @iMiaSanMia<\/a>), rumored Bayern Munich<\/a> transfer target Renato Veiga is being monitored by a few clubs, including Atl\u00e9tico Madrid<\/a>: <\/p>\n

Bayern, Atl\u00e9tico and Premier League clubs are all in the race to sign Renato Veiga. Chelsea want a package of over \u20ac40m for the Portuguese defender. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

This is an interesting situation to watch because Veiga is affordable, available at a time where Bayern Munich could be seeking to sell Kim Min-jae. If Min-jae is sold, Bayern Munich will almost assuredly hit the market to see what is available and Vegia could be a quick solution for a defensive roster opening.<\/p>\n

The careers of Liverpool<\/a> FC\u2019s Luis Diaz and Bayern Munich board member for sport Max Eberl could end up intertwined if the transfer move goes through.
