The Carter family definitely knows how to make an entrance. It\u2019s safe to say that Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s arrival was one of the most highly anticipated of this year\u2019s Met Gala \u2014 and she did not disappoint. With husband, Jay-Z, and her 14-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, by her side, the Cowboy Carter superstar\u2019s return lived up to the hype.<\/p>\n

For this year\u2019s Met Gala, Bey wore a dazzling, skeleton-inspired Olivier Rousteing gown with a massive feathered train and intricate crystal headpiece.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt feels so surreal because my daughter is here,\u201d she told Vogue correspondent La La Anthony. \u201cIt\u2019s incredible to be able to share it with her and I think she looks so incredible.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for what Bey is looking most forward to tonight? To witness the Met Gala through Blue\u2019s eyes.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it\u2019s really just experiencing this through the eyes of Blue and being able to relax,\u201d she said. \u201cI think, for me, I\u2019m wearing Olivier Rousteing, who is someone that\u2019s been so loyal to me, and I\u2019ve done so many incredible, iconic looks with him, so it\u2019s really about representing him.\u201d<\/p>\n
