(Atlanta News First) \u2014 Newly released renderings provide a first look at plans for luxury offices inside Atlanta\u2019s most recent skyscraper.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The Rockefeller Group, the developer of 1072 West Peachtree, released more than a dozen new renderings Monday of the 60-story mixed-use tower in Midtown.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\"><b>See the renderings below:<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The developer said each office floor will have its own outdoor terrace. There will also be a giant outdoor deck, a resort-style gym and a pickleball court.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The new renderings \u201cprovide a first look at the tower\u2019s eight contiguous floors of thoughtfully designed office spaces, unique amenities, and the experience-driven environment it will offer the area\u2019s leading businesses,\u201d said a spokesperson for the Rockefeller Group.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Crews broke ground on the high-rise in July 2023.
