\n\tNoah Kahan<\/a> tops Billboard\u2019s Hot Rock & Alternative Songs<\/a> chart for a second time as \u201cDoors\u201d debuts at No. 1 on the tally dated May 9.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn the week ending April 30, the song, released April 24 on Kahan\u2019s album The Great Divide, totaled 17.9 million chart-eligible streams, 135,000 in radio audience and 1,000 sold in the United States, according to Luminate.<\/p>\n

\n\tKahan led with the new set\u2019s title track for a week upon its debut in February; \u201cThe Great Divide\u201d concurrently ranks at No. 2 (15 million streams, 13.9 million radio audience impressions, 1,000 sold).<\/p>\n

\n\tThe singer-songwriter claims the top four on Hot Rock & Alternative Songs with music from The Great Divide. He\u2019s the third act to accomplish the feat since the chart began in 2009, following takeovers for Zach Bryan<\/a> (the top eight for a week in September 2023) and Imagine Dragons<\/a> (top four, August 2018).<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Great Divide bounds in at No. 1 on the Billboard 200,<\/a> where it\u2019s Kahan\u2019s first leader, and Top Rock & Alternative Albums<\/a> with the most weekly equivalent album units (389,000) for a rock album since that methodology originated in 2014, as previously reported<\/a>. He adds his second Top Rock & Alternative Albums No. 1, with The Great Divide displacing 2022\u2019s Stick Season after 32 nonconsecutive weeks on top since June 2023; the latter ranks at No. 2 (38,000).<\/p>\n

\n\tAll 21 songs from The Great Divide storm the top 30 of Hot Rock & Alternative Songs, through \u201cA Few of Your Own\u201d at No. 30. That\u2019s the most that any act has had in the top 30 at once, exceeding 19 each for Bryan (this January) and Linkin Park<\/a> (2017).<\/p>\n

\n\tConcurrently, \u201cDoors\u201d bows at No. 9 on the all-genre Billboard Hot 100<\/a>, marking Kahan\u2019s third top 10, following \u201cThe Great Divide\u201d (No. 6 in February) and \u201cStick Season\u201d (No. 9, 2024). All 21 songs from the album make the ranking, including 12 in the top 40.<\/p>\n
