<\/p>\nHOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — A man was arrested and charged after he showed up at an H-E-B store with a gun, prompting a brief “secure” mode, according to the Houston Police Department.<\/p>\n

SkyEye13 was over an active scene at an H-E-B store after a security guard reported a man with a gun on the store’s property.<\/p>\n
SkyEye13 was over the active scene on Tuesday evening, showing law enforcement vehicles gathered at the store’s entrance.<\/p>\n
HPD confirmed to Eyewitness News on Wednesday that they responded to the store at the intersection of Fountain View Drive and San Felipe Street.<\/p>\n
Investigators reported that a man who had been asked to leave the property multiple times was seen on the store’s property once again, and when he was approached by a security guard, he pointed a gun at the guard.<\/p>\n
HPD said the security guard rushed into the store and activated the business to “secure” mode.<\/p>\n
According to investigators, the suspect’s vehicle was later found with a gun inside it in the 2500 block of Yorktown Street.<\/p>\n
The suspect was identified by HPD as Hunter Elliot Molina, 27, and was charged with aggravated assault of a security officer by the Harris County DA’s office.<\/p>\n
Eyewitness News reached out to H-E-B, which referred all questions to HPD.<\/p>\n
