{"id":778392,"date":"2026-05-07T00:06:20","date_gmt":"2026-05-07T00:06:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/778392\/"},"modified":"2026-05-07T00:06:20","modified_gmt":"2026-05-07T00:06:20","slug":"robyn-argote-brooks-faces-federal-trial-over-ramming-government-vehicles-at-walmart-lot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/778392\/","title":{"rendered":"Robyn Argote-Brooks faces federal trial over ramming government vehicles at Walmart lot"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SAN ANTONIO &#8211; Robyn Argote-Brooks appeared in federal court today as attorneys moved forward with jury selection in the morning and testimony began soon after.<\/p>\n<p>Argote-Brooks is charged with two counts of damaging government vehicles and one count of endangering a federal officer.<\/p>\n<p>The charges stem from an incident on Jan. 13 in the parking lot of the Walmart along Blanco Road near Wurzbach Parkway. Authorities said Argote-Brooks rammed his car into two ICE vehicles. He eventually got out of the car and was swarmed by ICE agents.<\/p>\n<p>No cameras were allowed in court today.<\/p>\n<p>One witness who testified was Jabari Butler, one of the officers involved in the January incident. Butler was the officer who made initial contact with Argote-Brooks at the time.
