Man found shot in motel parking lot (WJXT)<\/p>\n
JACKSONVILLE, Fla.<\/strong> \u2013 A man was found fatally shot early Thursday morning in the parking lot of a motel on Philips Highway, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n JSO said officers were called around 3 a.m. to the Midtown Lodge by managers who reported hearing gunshots.<\/p>\n The officers found a man in the parking lot, who appeared to be possibly in his 40s, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He died at the scene.<\/p>\n JSO said at least three people have been detained as detectives investigate.
