This mural reflects the weight of the past the urgency of the present, and the hope we hold for the future. It\u2019s a bold, vibrant tribute\u2014 especially to Black women and femmes \u2014 honoring those who have built foundations, created change, and shaped what\u2019s possible. Through color, movement, and layered meaning, the mural serves as both a mirror and a love letter to those who make us feel seen. Paul was described as a larger-than-life figure, known for his loud, braggadocious personality. He embodied the spirit of Philadelphia \u2014 always cracking jokes and having fun, often silly but uplifting.
