Join the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation for Parks at Sunset, a weeklong series of free, drop-in experiences designed to help you relax, recharge and reconnect, May 14-22.<\/p>\n

As the sun sets, the parks transform into welcoming spaces for wellness, creativity and community. Enjoy a variety of activities including guided meditation, yoga, dance and canvas painting, all led by experienced instructors and open to all skill levels. <\/p>\n

Whether you\u2019re looking to de-stress after a long day, try something new, or simply spend quality time outdoors, there\u2019s something for everyone to enjoy.<\/p>\n

These family-friendly experiences are open to all ages and are designed to be flexible and accessiblej, ust drop in and participate at your own pace. No prior experience is needed and all are welcome.<\/p>\n
