\n\tA longtime fan of the reality competition series herself, Billie Eilish<\/a> has discovered a whole new fanbase since becoming a Survivor<\/a> idol.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe 10x Grammy winner, who sang about the CBS<\/a> competition reality series on her 2022 track \u2018TV\u2019, recently shared her excitement over the Billie Eilish Boomerang Idol, which debuted on Survivor 50<\/a>: In the Hands of the Fans in February.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cFirst of all, it\u2019s so amazing because I\u2019m such a big Survivor fan,\u201d Eilish told Entertainment Tonight<\/a>. \u201cAnd the other thing that\u2019s been pretty surprising and also incredible, is the amount of people who have never complimented me on one thing in my life, are like, \u2018I love you on Survivor, Bill. I love you on Survivor!’\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tDiscovered by Genevieve in the first episode, with Eilish writing a letter explaining to the contestant that she has to give the immunity idol to someone on another tribe, and if they\u2019re eliminated while in possession of the idol, it \u201cboomerangs\u201d back to the previous recipient.<\/p>\n

\n\tJeff Probst, who has hosted the show since it premiered in 2000, explained to People<\/a> that his team \u201csent her a couple of ideas, and she decided which one she liked; she said, \u2018I like the Boomerang.\u2019 Then, we kind of wrote out the clue, and she approved that as well.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIt was really fun to collaborate with her. She was enthusiastic about it,\u201d added Probst. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe 5x Emmy-winning host also offered Eilish a spot competing on a future season. \u201cWell, I saw a little interview with Billie where she said, \u2018I think I might want to play,\u2019 and I\u2019m just saying, the invitation is there. It seems unlikely. It\u2019s a long commitment, but Billie\u2019s always welcome,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\n\tMarking the show\u2019s milestone 50th season, new episodes of Survivor 50 air Wednesdays at 8pm ET\/PT on CBS, with the finale scheduled for May 20.<\/p>\n
