Without those funds, Allman\u2019s monthly income is $10,000, which he receives monthly from his late father Gregg Allman\u2019s estate.<\/p>\n
He alleged this comes to $6,790 post-taxes.<\/p>\n
Elijah is currently required to pay King, whom he married in 2013, $6,500 monthly.<\/p>\n
Instead, his lawyers have requested the number be dropped to $1,651 per month.<\/p>\n

The attorneys noted Elijah has \u201capparently made no\u00a0efforts to become self-supporting since the parties separated in 2021.\u201d<\/p>\n
The next hearing will take place on July 17.<\/p>\n
Reps for Cher and Elijah did not immediately respond to Page Six\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n
Elijah initially filed for divorce from King, 38, in 2021 \u2014 but the petition was dismissed three years later due to the spouses\u2019 reconciliation.<\/p>\n

The following April, Cher made headlines for filing for conservatorship of her youngest child for the second time.<\/p>\n
She previously did so in 2023, requesting that she be appointed sole conservator. This time around, she has requested a temporary conservator \u2014 fiduciary Jason Rubin \u2014 to be in charge of Elijah\u2019s finances.<\/p>\n
The \u201cTurn Back Time\u201d singer claimed last month that Elijah, whom she called \u201cgravely disabled,\u201d has \u201cno concept of money, is unable to manage his financial resources and is unable to withstand fraud or undue influence\u201d because of \u201csevere mental health and addiction issues.\u201d<\/p>\n

Last month, Cher (pictured above in December 1994) filed for conservatorship of her youngest child\u2019s finances \u2014 but was denied. Ron Davis<\/p>\n
Elijah, she alleged, \u201cspends any money he gets immediately\u201d on \u201cdrugs, expensive hotels and limousine transportation.\u201d<\/p>\n
Cher\u2019s request has since been denied.<\/p>\n
