Fort Worth-based M2G Ventures LLC bought the property early last year and has redeveloped it into a mixed-use campus with two components: the Inwood Design District, which includes roughly 630,000 square feet of light industrial and showroom space; and the Ace on Inwood, a retail and restaurant destination with about 109,000 square feet of space across 38 acres facing Inwood Road.<\/p>\n<p>The final portion of the project, the Art Docks, was completed in April after more than a year of redevelopment along the Inwood Road corridor.
