In a new social media post, the former WWE star shows off her famous figure in a tiny bathing suit as she enjoys a day on the water with her family. \u201cBoat Day \u2600\ufe0f\ud83c\udf0a\ud83d\udc9b,\u201d she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does the star approach health and wellness? Here are her go-to diet and fitness habits.<\/p>\n<p>Keibler has been doing Pilates with trainer-to-the-stars, Nonna Gleyzer, for years. \u201cThe day I was cleared to exercise, I started walking and working with my trainer Nonna [Gleyzer] to properly re-attach my ab muscles,\u201d the star told People about how she resumed her exercise routine after having a baby.<\/p>\n<p>Stacy gets her steps in. \u201cSimply incorporating a walk into your day, whether short or long, can help your body feel a connection to your mind, which is a powerful thing,\u201d she told People. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/jamanetwork.com\/journals\/jamainternalmedicine\/fullarticle\/2796058\" target=\"_blank\">JAMA Internal Medicine<\/a> found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.<\/p>\n<p>Stacy also enjoys a few other workouts. \u201cI spin, I hike,\u201d Stacy told <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/384748\/stacy-keibler-s-3-rules-for-staying-fit\" target=\"_blank\">E Online<\/a>. \u201cI try to mix it up so I never get bored.\u201d The <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/health.clevelandclinic.org\/benefits-of-cycling\/\" target=\"_blank\">Cleveland Clinic <\/a>explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is excellent for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.<\/p>\n<p>Keibler is \u201ca big believer in maintaining a balance between body, mind and spirit,\u201d <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/384748\/stacy-keibler-s-3-rules-for-staying-fit\" target=\"_blank\">she <\/a>told E Online. \u201cTake some time to meditate and restore your mind, even if it\u2019s just five minutes a day. It\u2019s so good for your overall being!\u201d She captioned a recent post: \u201cIt\u2019s essential to take time for yourself, even if it\u2019s just 5 minutes in your closet.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Stacy divides her days regarding gym workouts, focusing on one part of her body. In her recent video, she hits the course with her husband. A comprehensive review published in the <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/bjsm.bmj.com\/content\/52\/22\/1426\" target=\"_blank\">British Journal of Sports Medicine<\/a> found that golf has extensive health benefits, including mind, body, and even lifespan.
