{"id":783692,"date":"2026-05-09T06:34:15","date_gmt":"2026-05-09T06:34:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/783692\/"},"modified":"2026-05-09T06:34:15","modified_gmt":"2026-05-09T06:34:15","slug":"mack-real-estate-eyes-state-land-near-halo-vista","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/783692\/","title":{"rendered":"Mack Real Estate eyes state land near Halo Vista"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Another massive piece of state-owned land around TSMC\u2019s campus in north Phoenix is being eyed by developers.<\/p>\n<p>Mack Real Estate Group has applied for a 1,473-acre parcel owned by the Arizona State Land Department that\u2019s directly west of the company\u2019s $7 billion <a href=\"https:\/\/ktar.com\/arizona-business\/halo-vista-tsmc-chip-plant\/5840961\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Halo Vista<\/a> master-planned mixed-use project \u2014 where it has already started moving dirt.<\/p>\n<p>The latest chunk of land Mack applied for is nestled right in between the 2,300-acre Halo Vista development and Peoria\u2019s Innovation Core (PIC), a more than 7,300-acre future mixed-use technology and manufacturing district.<\/p>\n<p>Halo Vista\u2019s first user is retailer Costco, while the PIC\u2019s first user is Amkor Technology Inc., which is building out the first phase of a $7 billion chip testing and packaging campus.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/phoenix\/news\/2026\/05\/06\/mack-halo-vista-state-land-expansion.html?utm_source=sy&amp;utm_medum=ptr&amp;utm_campaign=ktar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">This story is posted in partnership with Phoenix Business Journal.
