The number of shares and price range for the offering have not yet been determined, the release said. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-primary text-primary-black whitespace-pre-wrap [&amp;_a]:border-b-primary [&amp;_a]:font-medium [&amp;_a]:border-b-1 [&amp;_b]:text-primary-black [&amp;_i]:italic text-base leading-relaxed\" data-index=\"4\">The IPO could raise roughly $2 billion, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2026-05-08\/dunkin-owner-inspire-brands-files-confidentially-for-us-ipo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">according to Bloomberg<\/a>, which cited unnamed individuals. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-primary text-primary-black whitespace-pre-wrap [&amp;_a]:border-b-primary [&amp;_a]:font-medium [&amp;_a]:border-b-1 [&amp;_b]:text-primary-black [&amp;_i]:italic text-base leading-relaxed\" data-index=\"5\">The filing comes as some restaurants grapple with declining traffic as lower-income consumers cut back on visits amid persistent inflation. Rising costs for food, labor, insurance and energy are other headwinds for the industry, according <a href=\"https:\/\/restaurant.org\/research-and-media\/media\/press-releases\/persistent-cost-increases-and-enduring-demand-will-shape-the-restaurant-industry-in-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">to the National Restaurant Association<\/a>, which said earlier this year that 42% of operators reported their restaurant was not profitable in 2025. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-primary text-primary-black whitespace-pre-wrap [&amp;_a]:border-b-primary [&amp;_a]:font-medium [&amp;_a]:border-b-1 [&amp;_b]:text-primary-black [&amp;_i]:italic text-base leading-relaxed\" data-index=\"6\">Atlanta private equity firm Roark Capital owns Inspire Brands. The company was formed in 2018 when Arby\u2019s acquired Buffalo Wild Wings and Rusty Taco, though the taco chain was later sold off. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-primary text-primary-black whitespace-pre-wrap [&amp;_a]:border-b-primary [&amp;_a]:font-medium [&amp;_a]:border-b-1 [&amp;_b]:text-primary-black [&amp;_i]:italic text-base leading-relaxed\" data-index=\"7\">Inspire Brands\u2019 holdings today also include Baskin-Robbins, Jimmy John\u2019s and Sonic Drive-In. The company has more than 30,000 restaurant locations and global system sales of about $33 billion, according to its website. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-primary text-primary-black whitespace-pre-wrap [&amp;_a]:border-b-primary [&amp;_a]:font-medium [&amp;_a]:border-b-1 [&amp;_b]:text-primary-black [&amp;_i]:italic text-base leading-relaxed\" data-index=\"8\">Inspire Brands owns and operates restaurants and franchises its brands, with a network of approximately 2,700 franchisees, the company said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-primary text-primary-black whitespace-pre-wrap [&amp;_a]:border-b-primary [&amp;_a]:font-medium [&amp;_a]:border-b-1 [&amp;_b]:text-primary-black [&amp;_i]:italic text-base leading-relaxed\" data-index=\"9\">The IPO is expected to take place after the SEC completes its review process, subject to market and other conditions. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-primary text-primary-black whitespace-pre-wrap [&amp;_a]:border-b-primary [&amp;_a]:font-medium [&amp;_a]:border-b-1 [&amp;_b]:text-primary-black [&amp;_i]:italic text-base leading-relaxed\" data-index=\"10\">A spokesperson for Inspire Brands declined to comment further.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Sandy Springs-based owner of iconic fast-food brands Arby\u2019s and Dunkin\u2019 is looking to go public.
