The crazed actor who stabbed his award-winning Hollywood make-up artist ex-girlfriend more than 20 times during a home break-in was found guilty of attempted murder on Friday.<\/p>\n

Nick Pasqual, who has made appearances in multiple shows, including \u201cHow I Met Your Mother\u201d during his 16-year acting career, faces life in prison for attacking Allie Shehorn inside her Sunland, Calif., home in May 2024.<\/p>\n

Shehorn\u2019s visible scars were displayed across her body as she testified against her former beau during his jury trial last week at the San Fernando Courthouse, ABC7 reported.<\/a><\/p>\n

Shehorn, 37, emotionally recalled the terrorizing behavior Pasqual displayed towards her, including a violent fight that resulted in the couple splitting and the renowned make-up artist filing a restraining order against the actor.<\/p>\n

\u201cI locked the door and he just started punching holes in that door and broke that open, and I just ran into the bathroom because I thought there\u2019s another lock on that door,\u201d Shehorn told the court through tears, according to the outlet.<\/p>\n

Pasqual, 36, was found guilty of attempted murder, forcible rape, first-degree residential burglary with person present and injuring a spouse, cohabitant, fianc\u00e9, boyfriend, girlfriend or child\u2019s parent and domestic violence, according to court records viewed by The Post.<\/p>\n

A sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 2.<\/p>\n

Shehorn was found by her surrogate mother after the bloody carnage that took place at around 4:30 a.m. and rushed to the hospital in critical condition, where she underwent multiple surgeries.<\/p>\n

She suffered multiple slashes to her neck as well as cuts on her arms and abdomen, spending nearly a week fighting for her life in the hospital\u2019s intensive care unit. <\/p>\n

Pasqual fled California after the stabbing was nabbed at the border<\/a>, trying to cross into Mexico in Sierra Blanca, Texas, on May 30 \u2014 seven days after he attacked Shehorn.<\/p>\n

Pasqual had allegedly attacked his then-girlfriend at least four times before the violent stabbing.<\/p>\n

In her restraining order, Shehorn accused Pasqual of using a belt, breaking down doors, leaving her with a concussion and raping and choking her.<\/p>\n

A year before the attack, Shehorn had won \u201cBest SFX Makeup\u201d at the Hollywood Blood Horror Festival for her work on \u201cIncorrigible.\u201d<\/p>\n

She has also worked on films \u201cRebel Moon: Part One,\u201d and \u201cBabylon.\u201d<\/p>\n
